No particular reason...for this post.

The Viet Nam Veteran's Memorial in Washington D.C. Taken on a trip to Washington in 2004.

Cpl. Leonard E. Hasselberg. Radio operator and waist gunner in a B-25 Michell bomber. Reported MIA in November 1944 somewhere in the Pacific Theater.

Captain Bill Lapore, Weapons System Officer in a Marine Corps fighter squadron and Top Gun instructor. Bill had two F-4's shot out from under him. I met him when we worked together in the brokerage business.
My neighbor sent me a link to a video about World War II verterans. The story line is that we should never forget what these men and women have done for us. Some of us have daily reminders of the price they paid.
