It's interesting to me how the Grand Teton peaks are always in view as you drive around Jackson looking for wild life. We did encounter one "bear jam" as a mother grizzly ( 610, I was told) and her three cubs dined at a recent elk kill. We where about two hundred yards away and caught a glimpse when ever one of them stood up to look around.
