For a change of pace here is more of Vestal's work, mostly done on the streets of New York City.
According to David;
"I have no memory of taking this picture, and I don't have its negative.
Back in 1947 I gave some prints to friend, Arthur Ginzel, who had been a fellow student at the Art Institute of Chicago. He was so gentle and good natured that we-other painting students-called him The Beast. this is not a picture of him: its just one he liked. The last time I saw him, in the 1980s, not long before his death, he gave me back a few prints. This was one of them, If he hadn't saved it, it wouldn't exist."
